German Pancakes

German Pancakes


Preheat oven to 425 degrees,  cooking time is 20 minutes.  Melt butter in 2 glass pie pans.  Mix flour, milk, sugar, and eggs with a hand mixer.  Top with powdered sugar and raspberry jam.

2 T butter 1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup flour         4 eggs
1 cup milk
